You can tell me I am old fashioned. But i am bringing back the banana clip. I want to share to my readers how cool banana clips are. I am not new to drinking tea. But i don't do the loose-leaf tea and such. I find it to be messy and too much work to do. I used the tea bags and let it sit in the hot water and drink it. It's as simple as that.

While i was window shopping yesterday, i walked pass by teavana store. They sell different types of teas. I went in and tasted the sample and i loved it. I used to try it everytime i pass by their store but never got the chance to purchase one.

This time i was convinced. I talked to the lady and inquire how to make them and all the details. I have been drinking tea since i started with my 'mini' diet.

I end up getting 3 kinds of teas. The Fruit Diet Tea Blend , a combination of both White Avuvedic Chai and Samurai Chai Mate.

Eating Less and Drinking More

I have been on a mission to lose my baby weight since last year. But i always fail. It's either i get unmotivated or uninspired to just try and do it.

In the last couple of weeks, i tried to do little exercise and i am doing healthy diet as well. I found no progress since then. I felt frustrated again with all the efforts and i am not seeing any good results.

But i keep doing it. I continued with my little exercise which is 30 minutes run in the treadmill for at least 3-5 days a week. I drink a lot of water, green tea and fat free milk. During the day, i eat at least 3 bananas and fruits to keep me filled and avoid carbohydrates like rice.(which i tell you is very hard for me. But i will tell you now, i keep cheating on diet during weekends. I know, it's bad. haha!
I tried to avoid weighing myself so i don't get frustrated. I told myself to just keep going. It will keep me healthy and weight loss will follow.

Last week, i got the courage to weigh and face the scale. I am happy to report to you that i have finally see results of my hardwork. I have actually lost 5 lbs.
I started out with 112 lbs and i am now between 107-108lbs. My target is 105 this time. So, i am so close to the target. However, i noticed that i am actually on my pre-pregnancy weight now, but i sure don't look the same as before. My question now is, HOW COME?! Do i have to target 100lbs to get back the shape that i have before?

Oh well, i just have to keep going. Keeping my fingers crossed..

It's Daddy's Bday...

We celebrated my hubby's bday simply...We went to cheesecake factory resto for dinner.
Nothing much really...We've been having too much partying this year that we wanted to have a family bonding kinda bday for him.
